Biased

Biased, one example of being biased is to provide an unfair advantage of one group over another.

An employer states in an email that having diabetes could result in prolonged periods of time off due to illness in the future (paragraph 3 here). The Human Resources department fire the diabetic because they don't want an employee who could go off sick again (here). The employee, in this case, did not have high blood pressure, had only taken two days off in two years (average employee, in this case, took eights days off every year), and the Human Resources department admitted they hadn't even checked attendance records.
